Masochistic Tendencies???

I'm contemplating a return to school. I'm intersted in a combined Cognitive Psychology/ Linguistics program at one of the universities in my city. I would get a Master's and most likely go straight for my Doctorate -- IF I were accepted, and IF I could afford it -- and IF I decided to do it.

But I think there could be many better and more enjoyable ways to completely lose any shred of sanity I've managed to cling to...

Also, the kid is going to be going off to college in several short years. I should spend more time at home while he's around and going through the teenaged thing, etc.-- not to mention, I need to save up for his college education.

What do you think?

On a somewhat related note, go see Michelle's blog. She is a single parent in law school. She is hilarious and I would like to toss back a couple of beers with her someday.

I'd opt for plan b.

Dazzle the world without accreditation.

Or not...if you prefer to suffer.
School is about sex, these days, all days, I reckon. Suffer the sex...or not.

I'm definitely leaning toward Plan B.

Formal education and accredidation are not necessarily the best learning experiences.

I ran across one of your baby pictures.

It seems to explain some things.
